The Brief
KPMG's Bromley office required a complete refurbishment to create a more collaborative and modern working environment. The project involved updating the electrical infrastructure, installing new lighting systems, and reconfiguring the office layout to better support hybrid working patterns.
The client needed the work completed with minimal disruption to their ongoing operations, with particular attention to maintaining security and data integrity throughout the installation process.
How We Delivered
We implemented a phased approach to minimise disruption, working evenings and weekends where necessary. The electrical upgrade included a new three-phase distribution system, comprehensive data cabling infrastructure, and emergency lighting throughout the premises.
The refurbishment featured modern glass partitioning, acoustic ceiling tiles, and a state-of-the-art lighting control system. All work was completed to current building regulations with full certification provided.
