The Brief
Amazon required a state-of-the-art technology hub in Shoreditch to house their development teams. The project demanded advanced electrical infrastructure, smart building systems, and flexible workspace design to support their innovative work culture and rapid growth.
The fit-out needed to incorporate cutting-edge technology including IoT-enabled systems, advanced power distribution for testing labs, and comprehensive data infrastructure to support their cloud development operations.
How We Delivered
We delivered a comprehensive fit-out featuring raised access flooring throughout, enabling flexible power and data distribution. The electrical installation included redundant power systems, dedicated circuits for high-density computing equipment, and intelligent building management controls.
The project incorporated smart lighting systems with circadian rhythm support, acoustic treatments for focused work areas, and collaboration spaces equipped with integrated AV systems. All work was completed to Amazon's exacting standards with full documentation and handover training.
